Welcome to the Arid Zone - it's been a long, strange trip.

I don't really like fashion magazines and ads based on the fashion world. Like pornography and "men's magazines" (like FHM and maxim) it distorts the things that are truely amazing about people in general. Not being female, Fashion Magazines never made me think I wasn't beautiful (heh); but they did show me what beauty is not... It isn't a manufactored shot of an anorexic looking woman who doesn't seem to smile..at all.

I find beauty in a smile. You rarely ever see that in the "high fashion" world...it isn't edgy enough apprantly.

The following is called the evolution of beauty. Do you think the end product is better then the woman at the beginning?
