I received a book in he mail today.

Story Structure Architect" A writer's Guide to building dramatci situations & compelling characters by Victoria Schmidt, Ph.D.

She has a doctorate so she must know what she is talking about..right? ;-)

I flipped through it and one example is from the Lord of the Rings, so this book can't be all that bad....I'll let you know what I think of it a bit later. Anyone read it yet?  Let me know if it is worth it.

Doesn't seem as cheesy as some writing books I've seen...
