Welcome to the Arid Zone - it's been a long, strange trip.
A writer’s workshop
Well I'm buying a writer's workshop.
It is a 89 Jayco 35 "Jaycrane" Designer Series fifth wheel trailer.
It comes equipped with a microwave, stove, almost full sized fridge, integrated stereo system, a stacked washer/dryer unit, and is portable.
Well if you have a truck with a fifth wheel on it...
It also has a queen size bed, a good sized bathroom, and a kitchen that has its own booth to sit in. There is a front room area, complete with TV stand and computer desk. Tons of storage space for books...and whatever else I have. This is located both on the inside and the outside.
It comes with a retractable awning, two huge propane tanks, and various undiscovered stuff left from the last owners (Like a vacuum.)
Oh yeah there is a small bathtub/shower combo in the bathroom that has a counter and 3 mirrors...and more storage space.
Any rate it all has to be cleaned up (Swept, varnished, dusted, vacuumed, etc) but I think it is a good place.
I can take it with me... All I need is a truck to carry it with.
All in all it is a good place for a writer I think. Small but cozy and with more then the essentials taken care of.
Plus there is space to set up a drawing bench...
And a small studio :-D
