Welcome to the Arid Zone - it's been a long, strange trip.

Random Encounters One through Five is finished.

Well at least from the writers POV. The actual art has yet to be done, but hey it is a step in the right direction.

And I did get the scripts off to the artist who is starting to do the Character Design.
I’m really looking forward to seeing what he is going to come up with; I have a promise that the main character (Cal) will look nothing like me.

I *think* that is a good thing ;-)

After I start getting some of the art design back I’ll start planning the website.

I already have a place for it. I am thinking of putting up a donation link, however, so I can see if we can get our own web space for the comic.

I’m also wondering if I should put this comic in any of those web comic rings. You know the ones that you vote for and try to get the comic in first place or what not? I don’t know… I want to get people reading it, but I’d love not to have to go through that stuff.

Any ideas?

Well tomorrow I’ll write six through eight, with number eight possibly starting the first multi script story arc.

We’ll see.
